ROSS F. BARNETT is a shareholder with the Des Moines firm of Abendroth & Russell, P.C., where he practices in the areas of real estate, estate planning and probate. His practice also emphasizes landlord / tenant litigation. He received his B.A. degree from Grinnell College in 1992 and his J.D. degree, with honors, from Drake University in 1995. Ross is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association (Real Estate and Title Examination Section and Probate Section). He is the author of numerous legal source books on real estate, probate, and landlord / tenant law.
