MARK U. ABENDROTH is a shareholder in the law firm of Abendroth and Russell, P.C. where he focuses his practice primarily in the areas of real estate and retail and commercial collections. He received his undergraduate and law degree from Drake University. He is a member of the Iowa Bar Association (Real Estate Section-Real Property Committee) and U.S. District Court for Northern and Southern Districts of Iowa, and the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys. He has an AV rating in Martindale-Hubbell. He is a frequent speaker on Iowa collection practices and procedures.
