David B. Russell
DAVID B. RUSSELL is a shareholder in the law firm of Abendroth and Russell, P.C. where he focuses his practice primarily in the areas of debtor/creditor relations, medical collections, estate planning, probate and bankruptcy. He received his undergraduate and law degree from Drake University. He is a member of the Iowa Bar Association, U.S. District Court for Northern and Southern Districts of Iowa, Commercial Law League of America and the American Collectors Association. He is a frequent speaker on Iowa collection practices and procedures and the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
